Customs & Import Duties

 

When ordering Solingen goods from Vousten for delivery outside of the European Union (EU), you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so for further information we advise you to contact your local customs office.

 

Additionally, please note that when ordering from santonibyvousten.com, you are considered the 'Importer of Record' and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country into which you are receiving the goods.

 

VAT is included within the prices as shown and where applicable is detailed on the checkout screen and on your invoice. All prices are inclusive of any EU Sales Tax that is applicable. VAT is currently zero rated on sales to customers outside the EU and so the price payable is the full price displayed and no VAT is chargeable.

SHIPPING

 

The cost to ship will depend on the destination. Free shipping in the Netherlands. To addresses in the European Union we charge € 20,= per delivery. Outside the European Union we charge € 40,=  per delivery.

RETURNS & REPAIRS

 

Returning A Product

 

Should you wish to return an item, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund where possible, provided items are returned to Vousten within 14 days.

 

Send to you, Solingen products carry an unique numbered seal. If this seal is broken we will not accept this return and the item will be returned to you at your own cost.

 

 

All returns must be in perfect condition, and with their original packaging. We are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds on items that are scratched, damaged, or that are not in their undamaged original packaging. In these situations, the items will be returned to you at your own cost.

 

We advise you to return goods via a traceable method, such as registered mail, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
